Letter to [John?] Kidder, 1868 December.

Blood sends Kidder a copy of a petition to George Washington concerning a Colonel Stark and allows Kidder to make whatever use of it he wants. He also congratulates Kidder on a lecture course he is giving and asks him for the outline of a story. In the petition which Blood has copied, A.B., D.P., and N.T. accuse Col. Stark of having a drunken sergeant take an unidentified lady prisoner.
